Refunds and returns
Do we accept returns?
Yes, except in the circumstances when you have ordred a custom made product or personalize product.
How many days does a customer have to return the product?
We have a 7-day return policy
What's your response to a return?
Refunds on damaged goods only.
All others returns we will consider store credit or exchange for a different size or item with the same or similar price.
Do you refund the shipping costs, or cover the cost of the return shipment?
Unless we specifically made the mistake, all returns shipping costs are at the customers cost if you simply want to return an item due to a change of heart.
For all exchanged items, the return cost will be at the customers cost, but we will cover the new cost of item sent to you after we receive the initial products return.
Extra Notes:
All sales of any of our album downloads are final.
For any issues or a change of heart, email us within 7 days requesting a refund or exchange.
If a package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the box.
Clothing/Products should be in the same condition as purchased for returns or no refund will be issued.

We use Stripe or PayPal for all payment transmissions.
What's your privacy policy?
No one has access to our information. We only hold it for return or exchange policy as above or if you wish to receive future information.
Shipping details (includes packaging)
For Australian shipping please expect up to 5 working days, except in Holiday periods that may include public holidays.
For International shipping, please expect up to 15 working days depending on where you are located from Australia. We will try and ship to anywhere in the world that is easy access for delivery.
Shipping costs is an Extra cost on top of goods purchased.
ON special request we can change our shipping option for you for different delivery timing.
